It is far easier to limit our journey to what a book says instead of someone. You see we can get away from the book by simply closing it and walking away. But like David said how do we get away from His spirit? We cant just close it or walk away from it, and even if we try this impossible task, we will realize once we arrive wherever it is that we choose to hide that He really is everywhere including within us.
By all means let us read our bible and remember what it says but may we also also remember what Jesus said in the book of John where he warned us that unless we find the word, (him), within us we will not be able to know him…
It is in the tasting, not just the reading, that we see how good and true He really is…
