When we look at the life of Jesus with the eyes of our false self we misjudge who Jesus really is. We place him and his humanity in a dimension that does not exist today and never did, not even in the garden before the fall.
This false believe leads us to then try even harder to somehow reach that illusional dimension where we think we will finally be able to be like him. When we see Jesus with the eyes of our True Self we see that the perfection Jesus shared with us was nothing to do with our behavior as much as it had to do with our True identity that is found within our heart in Him.
The more I choose to live from this true reality the more I find myself fulfilling the two and most important commandments without trying to. The other 8 I don’t even think about as there is no point in lying, killing, stealing, or being envious or jealous of someone you love like you love yourself…
Today more than ever I realize that if we focus on the 1 true identity within us the 10 outside of us will take care of themselves.
